True Light Haven, a new 124-unit affordable independent 55+ senior living community located in Atlanta’s Westside neighborhood, has completed construction.

The four-story, wood frame project was designed to offer senior residents maximum independence as they age. The development offers apartments in one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. Amenities include a fitness room, a business center with WiFi, an on-site laundry facility, a lounge on each floor, and a generous community room with a kitchenette. The residences are located within walking distance to the West Lake MARTA station and the Westside belt line trail. It is also just three miles from Mercedes Benz Stadium and Downtown Atlanta.

“True Light Haven includes a wide array of amenities and is in close proximity to a number of other conveniences, making it ideal for Atlanta seniors who want the benefits that an independent senior living residence provides while being able to remain in their neighborhood,” said Scott Hoppa, Senior Vice President & Regional Manager, McShane, in a release.

True Light Haven was designed to achieve National Green Building Standard Gold certification. Foley Design was the architect of record.
