Designed in collaboration with HOK and designer Guillaume Martin, this acoustic tile line offers a selection of organic, abstract, and geometric patterns that can be recolored to fit the design of any room. A honeycomb design absorbs both high and low frequencies for robust acoustical performance. The Greenguard Gold–certified panels employ formaldehyde-free fiberglass composite construction.

2. ultra spec Scuff-x paint from benjamin moore | Benjamin Moore

Benjamin Moore’s new Ultra Spec SCUFF-X paint is a first-of-its-kind, one-component interior latex paint engineered specifically to resist scuff marks in high-traffic commercial environments. SCUFF-X provides the level of scuff-resistance of two-component coatings without the strong odor, pre-mixing, short pot life, and application difficulties commonly associated with similar products, according to the maker. The paint is recommended for such areas as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, offices, gymnasiums, locker rooms, public restrooms, and retail fitting rooms. Comes in one- and five-gallon pails in >3,500 colors.

3. Lyra Concealed Panels | Armstrong Ceiling Solutions

Lyra concealed ceiling panels, from Armstrong Ceiling Solutions, offer large-format panels that hide the accompanying suspension system from view. The panels achieve the look of drywall with downward accessibility for projects with minimal plenum heights. The fiberglass panels can be installed on new or existing Prelude 15/16-inch XL suspension systems. They come in five standard sizes (in inches): 48x48, 30x30, 24x48, 24x72, and 24x96. The surface is washable, scratch-resistant, and soil-resistant. The panels come with a 30-year guarantee against visible sag, mold, and mildew. They have an articulation class of 190, a noise reduction coefficient of 0.95, and contain up to 71% recycled content.

4. ZipWall Magnetic Dust Barrier Door | ZipWall

The ZipWall Magnetic Dust Barrier Door provides a hands-free entryway into the job site while keeping dust contained. Magnetic strips snap together to attach the magnetic door to the barrier material, forming an airtight seal. Strong self-closing action maintains the tight seal. Its adjustable header bar works with all ZipWall spring-loaded poles. The door measures seven feet, two inches in height by four feet, seven inches in width. It is reusable and durable and easily handles high traffic. The nylon fabric panel is flame retardant. It can be used with negative or positive air.

5. Certainteed's Decoustics wood ceiling panels | Certainteed Ceilings

Calgary International Airport needed a modular ceiling to assist with wayfinding and mitigate noise for its 13 million annual passengers. More than 200,000 sf of Decoustics wood panel ceilings were used throughout the airport in conjunction with perforated metal ceiling panels. The wood panels were hung from a suspension system that gives the illusion of floating in air. The bright finish of the panels is juxtaposed with the matte finish of the wood. For acoustics, Sand Micro mineral fiber ceiling panels and Symphony ƒ fiberglass ceiling panels were installed throughout the terminal.

6. Acousti-seal encore partitions | ModernFold

Continuously hinged panels are connected together in a train, extending as one complete unit. Automated operation provides automatic setup without the need for manually moving the partitions into place. One-piece panels are available on partitions up to 30 feet tall. Custom options include heat-sensitive touch pads, infrared safety systems, and pocket sensors.

7. Interlocking Rock Panels | Modular Arts

Editor's Pick

Dimensional panels (32x32 inches) can be combined to create a continuous sculptural wall in a variety of patterns. Multiple layers of gypsum with a glass-fiber matrix and plant-based foam core create a strong, flexible, lightweight panel. Steel-reinforced joints interlock to ensure accurate panel-to-panel alignment and joint
stability. Panels snap into place.

This paint-and-primer solution helps block grease, grime, food, and cigarette smoke stains. It reduces the need for priming in multifamily, commercial property management, and residential repaint applications. Available in flat and eggshell sheens. Extreme Cover meets the industry’s most stringent VOC standards with
a <50 g/L VOC formulation.

9. Integrity 4200 panels use acoustic stone wool for sound attenuation | Rockfon

Designed for museums, art galleries, hotels, event spaces, office lobbies, airports, and other high-traffic locations, Chicago Metallic’s Integrity 4200 suspension system features a double reveal for a high-end look with a smooth, white surface.
