MVE + Partners completes One Museum Square

One Museum Square, a 296,000-sf luxury high-rise apartment community, has recently completed in Los Angeles.

The 21-story building comprises 285 residential apartment units, a large open-air activity patio with dining and lounge seating, a residence lounge that opens up to a patio, flexible workspaces, a precision fitness center, and a sky lounge, rooftop pool, and jacuzzi. The sky lounge features fire pits, a sports bar with TVs, multiple BBQs, and a kegerator.

The 285 units are split between studio, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging from 495 to 1,300 sf complete with private glass balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and city, mountain, or ocean views. Apartments will include quartz countertops, Kohler bathroom and kitchen fixtures, oversized soaking tubs, Bosch washers and dryers, custom closets, and extra storage.

One Museum Square provides residents with quick access to social and business hotspots including La Brea, Fairfax, Melrose and Century City. MVE worked with SCA Engineers, NA & Associates, Inc., Limbach Engineer and Donald F. Dickerson Associates to complete the project.
