Egyptian Minister of Housing Moustafa Madbouly unveiled plans to built a new tower in Cairo. According to ArchDaily, the pryamid-like skyscraper, named Zayed Crystal Spark Tower, will stand at 656 feet tall and will be just a short distance from the pyramids of Giza. When completed, it will be the nation's tallest tower. 

Details regarding the tower will be released at an upcoming economic summit that will be held later this month. However, it is known that the building will house office, commercial, and entertainment programs through a public/private partnership.
