Web-enabled software allows developers to create entire communities or projects and offer virtual tours before ever breaking ground. Called Living Models, the real-time 3-D application produces realistic actions and natural interactions of an environment. Doors open when approached, wall treatments and trim can be changed, lighting schemes can be tried out and furniture layouts rearranged, allowing prospective tenants or building owners to tailor the project to their needs. The software works with 3DlinX Version 1.5.
