The HostDime Data Center and Headquarters in Orlando will be the only enterprise Tier 4 data center in Central Florida once completed. Built on 2.18 acres, the Baker Barrios Architects-designed project will include 90,000 sf of space.

Among the project’s features and amenities are Class A office space, training and conference rooms, a Tier III and IV data center complex, a cafeteria and coffee lounge, a recreational sport court, a fitness room, and a loading dock. An 80 car surface parking lot will also be included.

The conference rooms will be large enough to host technology conferences while the top floor will have a hybrid indoor/outdoor floor plan. The building will be able to hold 35,000 servers.
