Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, a 52-acre, $333 million master-planned residential community in Allen, Texas, north of Dallas, has opened 230 multifamily units for sale, preferably to “upscale women ages 25-55” who want to be “revitalized and inspired,” according to developer Trademark Property Company. The project takes advantage of existing topography to provide a nature walk, bike trail, a green pedestrian corridor, a town green, and natural amphitheater. “They said, ‘Transport us to somewhere else,’” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi, of Watters Creek’s prospective clients.
