Ponce Paradise, a 900-acre resort, healthcare village, and marina in the city for Ponce, Puerto Rico, is expected to attract hundreds of millions of dollars in total investment and become Puerto Rico’s premiere destination when it completes.

The project is located near Mercadita International Airport and brings together several distinct proposed communities into one overall master plan. Ponce Paradise will include a resort area with a hotel and spa, a wellness community, a farm-to-table agricultural program, a micro-grid, new residential neighborhoods, and a new town center with a university medical center.

The resort community plan links the distinct areas with new roads, bridges, pedestrian paths, bike paths, golf cart paths, and active waterways. The master plan leaves as much as 60% of the 900-acre site untouched.

The design concept for the Ponce Paradise project was conceived in collaboration with Winstanley Architects & Planners, for the development and brokerage firm AG&T and Douglas Elliman’s Oceanfront International group, a national brokerage company.
