Mergers and acquisitions. The Salisbury, Md.-based A/E firm of Becker Morgan Moore Olds & Richter (BM2OR) and A/E Odessa, Del.-based Diamond Group have merged under the name of Becker Morgan Group.

Wolfgang Doerschlag A & E, based in Columbus, Ohio, and Dallas-based architectural firm Vincent Association have merged, creating WD Partners.

Skanska has formed Skanska USA Building Inc. in Parsippany, N.J., now the parent company for its regional construction firms, including the recently acquired Baugh Enterprises, Seattle, and Sordoni Skanska, Parsippany, N.J. Robert W. Mullen was named president and CEO of Sordoni Skanska, and Michael F. Leondi executive vice president and COO.

Sullivan Associates Inc. has become part of The Martin Architectural Group, Philadelphia. Principals include Charles D. Harker, Richard E. Martin, Laura C. Staines, Timothy F. Wentz and Michael D. Giardino.

Chicago-based Harry Weese Associates and Gensler have joined forces, but management and staff of both firms will remain in place.

Horton Lees Lighting Design has changed its name to Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design.

Luckett & Farley Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers Inc. of Louisville has appointed John F. Stewart Jr. president of Luckett & Farley Design Build LLC.

Antranig M. Ouzoonian of Weidlinger Associates Inc. and Joseph Zelazny of Kreisler Borg Florman Construction Co. have both written chapters for the recently published book, The Forensic Structural Engineering Handbook (McGraw-Hill).
