The Event Campus at The Concours Club will be the first and only motorsport-based event campus located within minutes of a major metro area.

Groundbreaking recently took place for a new event center at The Concours Club, Miami’s members-only motorsport facility. “The facility blends high-performance driving, impeccable service and luxury amenities within a spectacular resort setting,” according to Coastal Construction Group, the project’s general contractor.

Designed by renowned Italian design firm Pininfarina and with Revuelta as architect, The Event Campus at The Concours Club will be the first and only motorsport-based event campus located within minutes of a major metro area.

Featuring multiple unique elements to support many types of events, the campus will be bifurcated from The Concours Club’s exclusive member-only areas with a separate entrance, paddock, and pit lane. It will consist of a member’s lounge, reception area, multi-use room, staging room, back-of-house offices, lockers and storage room, along with an expansive event room, pre-function area, terrace, prep-kitchen, conference room, staff lockers and restrooms.

The event center facility will provide immersive experiences and branding opportunities for any corporation or individual. Completion is slated for 2024.

Located within the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, the Concours Club provides a driving course of more than two miles with multiple configurations and elevations. It includes a 2,100-foot straightaway and a 46-foot-wide driving surface. The club offers a fleet of circuit-ready BMWs, which includes the latest M2CS Racing models, for members and guests.

The club offers advanced technology including digitally marshaled flagging, virtual coaching, and a review system that allows telemetry overlaying and lap time comparison, making it one of the most technologically advanced driving circuits in the world. The Club currently offers multiple options for private events, corporate team-building, vehicle unveilings, product showcases, testing and performances of all kinds. The new event center will allow the facility to accommodate even more events of different sizes.

On the building team:
Owner and/or developer: Trilogy Real Estate Group
Design architect: Pininfarina
Architect of record: Revuelta Architecture International
MEP engineer: JGP Engineering Group
Structural engineer: DeSimone Consulting Engineers
General contractor/construction manager: Coastal Construction Group
