One Za'abeel, a new mixed-use project in Dubai positioned between the old and new business districts, will comprise offices, hotels, residences, and retail across two towers.

One tower will rise 984 feet with the other rising 770 feet. Linking these two towers will be what the developer calls the world’s largest cantilever. Dubbed The Link, the cantilever will be a panoramic sky concourse located 328-feet in the air and will include attractions, restaurants, an observation deck, and lounges. It will also include a rooftop terrace and pool. Back at ground level, the Gallery will offer a range of high-end retail and leisure experiences across a three-story podium.

The luxury and ultra-luxury hospitality offerings, which will include 497 hotel rooms, will provide retreats for Dubai’s business community and urban travellers. The offices will be spread across nearly 400,000-sf and will be flexible enough to house the headquarters of multinational companies or local business houses. The 263 residences will offer a mix of luxury single units and duplexes.
