SIMONSON TO DIVE DEEP INTO THE DATA

In his September 24 ProCONNECT Office/Workplace presentation, Simonson will discuss factors affecting office building developers, design firms, and construction companies, including labor and materials, based on the Data DIGest, Simonson's weekly summary of economic news relevant to construction.

The presentation will also include Simonson's interpretation of the implications for office construction, renovation, and utilization based on data and analyses from industry groups like NAIOP, NAREIT, BOMA, and the AIA. He will also explore what other economists are saying about the broader economy and employment outlook.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN PROCONNECT OFFICE/WORKPLACE

ProCONNECT Office/Workplace virtual event is the 15th ProCONNECT event sponsored by SGC Horizon LLC and its media properties: Building Design+ Construction, Multifamily Design+Construction, Professional Builder, and ProRemodeler.

ProCONNECT Office/Workplace (9/24-25) will bring Architects, Developers, and Contractors together with Building Product Manufacturers for confidential, 1-on-1 meetings (20 minutes each) - all via Zoom - to discuss upcoming Office projects – new construction, mixed-use, renovations + fitouts – and key issues like sustainability, health + wellness, aesthetics, and workplace design, especially in light of COVID-19.
