Thomas C. Leppert will step down as chairman and CEO of Dallas-based Turner Corp. at the end of the year. Peter Davoren will succeed Leppert.

• Chicago-based Graham Anderson Probst & White, which traces its roots back to planning visionary Daniel Burnham, has been placed on the sale block. No known buyers at press time.

David Rova has joined HMC Architects' San Diego and Imperial County, Calif., offices as design director and associate principal.

Thornton-Tomasetti, a New York-based structural engineer, has named Helmut Cerovsek VP.

Maurice Robison, AIA, ACHA, has been named managing principal for HDR Architecture's Houston office, in charge of expanding HDR's project/client base.

Donald D. Hamilton joins Jones Lang LaSalle as managing director of the new comprehensive healthcare real estate services practice.

Dick Corp., Pittsburgh, has named David Y. Etchart, PE, senior VP of construction.
