Hollister Construction Services has completed the fit-out of ZS Associates, Inc.ās 41,500-sf office space at Carnegie Center in Princeton, N.J.
Hollister Project Manager Pat Gail oversaw the extensive project, which was designed by architectural firm D2 Solutions.Ā
The fit-out involved the construction of more than 80 offices with Adanlock steel frames and sidelights, as well as open areas with workstations, a training room and video conference rooms for ZS Associates, Inc., a business services firm. BD+C

Outdated office tower becomes Nashvilleās newest boutique hotel
A 1960s office tower in Nashville, Tenn., has been converted into a 248-room, four-star boutique hotel. Designed by Earl Swensson Associates, with PowerStrip Studio as interior designer, the newly converted Hutton Hotel features 54 suites, two penthouse apartments, 13,600 sf of meeting space, and seven ācardioā rooms.
