The U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings program has an extensive list of plug load utility incentives available for free download.
The document provides a state-by-state compilation of programs utilities offer to help customers make their use of electronic equipment more energy efficient. The list is composed of roughly 380 different programs.
It includes rebates and incentives for smart power strips, vending machine controllers, computer power management, occupancy sensors, and Energy Star equipment. Thirty-five states and the District of Columbia are represented on the list.
