Located in Sunrise, Fla., the new 174-room AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Sawgrass Mills/Sunrise has completed. The eight-story project is located on the grounds of the Sawgrass Mills mall, the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States, and is the first AC brand hotel in Broward County.

The hotel lobby includes an AC Lounge featuring a communal space with a full bar serving local beers and hand-crafted cocktails and an outside terrace. Manicured landscaped areas define the walkways around the building and lead guests to the mall’s high-end Colonnade Outlets and nearby restaurants.
