EFCO 5600 Series Curtain Wall, 403i Storefront and D500 Doors | Thermally Broken Aluminum Systems

By Apogee Architectural Metals

Bringing together nearly two centuries of local history and modern judicial services together in a thoughtfully designed expansion, EFCO curtain wall, storefront and entrances supported the Oldham County Judicial Center project’s historical aesthetic, modern performance and low-maintenance future needs. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and occupying the same site since 1828, the renovation preserved the grandeur of the courthouse’s main entrance, signature bell tower cupola, projected brick pilasters, detailed cornices and the look of its tall, narrow, arched windows. Matching the style, scale and size of the existing windows and doors, EFCO 5600 Series Curtain Wall, 403i Storefront and D500 Doors were completed with era-appropriate muntin grids yet manufactured with aluminum and thermally broken to achieve long-lasting functionality and support energy-efficient operations. A Bone White 70% PVDF resin-based architectural coating provides a consistent appearance across the exterior.

ASI 52AB Fluid Applied Air Barrier | All-Weather Fluid-Applied Air and Moisture Barrier

By American Sealants Inc.

To help crews keep work moving even in rain, the ASI 52AB Fluid Applied Air Barrier can be applied to damp or wet substrates without outgassing or bubbling and is water resistant before cure. The single-component waterproofing membrane forms a seamless, elastomeric coating for applications like sheathing, rough openings, penetrations, roofing, siding and liquid flashing. Because the air and moisture barrier is 100% solids, it retains its volume as it cures, fills fastener holes and surface imperfections and remains breathable so damp surfaces can dry. Its flexible performance extends to a service-temperature range of -50◦F to 220◦F and low odor, VOC compliance.

It even can directly bond to EPDM and TPO roofing membranes to maintain roof-to-wall air barrier continuity as well as bridge cracks and seals around nails and fasteners. Comprised of a multi-layer polypropylene facer coated with non-asphalt butyl-modified adhesive that is backed with an easy-peel supportive polyester release liner, the durable AVB installs with fewer steps and simplified sequencing, plus zero VOCs to support worker and occupant safety.

Tate ConCore Raised Access Floor Panels | High-Load Raised Access Flooring for Data Centers and AI Infrastructure

By Tate

For data center facility managers, infrastructure flexibility has become an operational priority. Artificial intelligence and high-performance computing are driving higher rack densities, equipment weights and heat loads. Facilities must also accommodate new cooling technologies without costly disruptions, and Tate raised access floor solutions provide a flexible platform for these evolving requirements. Tate ConCore panels offer high-load capacity for dense equipment, while accessible underfloor space provides pathways for power, data cabling, airflow and liquid cooling distribution. Removable floor panels give facility teams easier access to critical infrastructure, simplifying maintenance, upgrades and reconfiguration without major reconstruction. By placing mechanical and technology infrastructure beneath the finished floor, services can be accessed and modified as rack layouts and equipment requirements change. Power, airflow and liquid cooling distribution can be relocated with less disruption, while reducing overhead infrastructure can simplify coordination and preserve valuable ceiling space. The result is an adaptable infrastructure platform that can evolve with technology and capacity demands while reducing labor, renovation costs and operational disruption.
