Hoffman LLC, an Appleton, Wis.-based planning, design, and construction management firm, installed energy-efficient Andersen windows on the way to earning a LEED Platinum rating for the Women of Madison's Holy Wisdom Monastery, Middleton, Wis. The project, which also utilizes geothermal and PV systems, was constructed at a cost (minus land) of $246 per square foot, including the deconstruction of the nearby Benedict House.
