Monsanto Project

Gray Design Group has been awarded architectural and interior design services for the second phase of Monsanto Co.'s new corporate offices at Lakeside Crossing in Maryland Heights, MO. Phase 2 is a 122,000-square-foot, four-story building complete with an 11,000-square-foot, full-service cafeteria overlooking the lake and a glass walkway connecting it to Building 1, which Gray completed seven months ago. Duke Construction is the developer and general contractor.
