Holland Basham Architects
On September 5, the developer Goldenrod Companies and the GC OLINE Construction broke ground in western Fort Worth, Texas, on the eight-story Van Zandt Building, a $400 million mixed-use project designed by Holland Basham Architects that will include 100,000 sf of office space and 226 apartments.
Mixed-use projects drive building activity through third quarter of 2025.
