Crystal commercial vinyl windows and doors
by Crystal Window & Door Systems
Located in a neighborhood once home to light industrial properties and warehouses, a new luxury mixed-use residential development consists of three distinct five- and six-story buildings that all maintain their individual characters through different façade styles yet have continuity through the incorporation of over 2,500 MAGNUS commercial uPVC windows and doors. Growing in popularity within the U.S. for mid- and high-rise multifamily projects, unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) windows offer strength similar to aluminum frames with the superior thermal efficiency and sound attenuation of vinyl windows. The project utilized MAGNUS 4500 dual action tilt-and-turn and fixed picture windows with a 3 ¼-inch frame option mostly in large floor-to-ceiling combinations across the project, while the MAGNUS 4500 uPVC swing doors and MAGNUS 2150 uPVC sliding doors were also used for access to balconies and terraces.
Integrated Privacy Metal Partitions
by ASI Group
