Miami residential condo tower provides a deeded office unit for every buyer

A new Miami residential condo office tower sweetens the deal for buyers by providing an individual, deeded and furnished office with each condo unit purchased. One Twenty Brickell Residences, a 34-story, 240-unit tower, also offers more than 60,000 sf of exclusive residential amenities.

Each glass-paneled private office, located on floors two through 11 of the building, provides features to make working convenient for residents, including locking access, a desk and chair, two guest chairs, a wallpaper accent wall, and complimentary WiFi. Office space comes with complimentary concierge secretary service, private elevators, a reception area, and a coffee station. A reservable conference room with an eight-person capacity conference table, a 72-inch smart TV with a mounted camera, a conference phone, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Resident amenities include a pickleball court with courtside seating, a kid’s club and gym, a sky bar and lounge, a cafe and juice bar, an infinity-edge pool with sunset views, and a dog run. The wellness and fitness center includes steam, sauna, and treatment rooms, a relaxation area with outdoor terraces, a state-of-the-art fitness studio with the latest high-tech equipment, a movement studio, and a yoga lawn.

Personalized services include a building and wellness concierge, centralized management of the property, and smart-building technology. Additionally, residents will be surrounded by beauty and color as they live, work, and play thanks to a curated collection of custom art installations throughout the property.

Living spaces will include studio- to three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 450 sf to 1,395 sf. Each residence will include kitchens with custom countertops, backsplashes, a contemporary under-mount sink, and a curated high-end appliance package, imported and custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry by Italkraft, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, glass-enclosed showers, built-out closets in the primary bedrooms, designer polymer wood flooring, flooring selections included with specifications by Cotofana Designs, and a contemporary lighting package. Residences will also offer a high level of efficiency through PMG’s smart home technology.

With its central location in Brickell, the development will place residents in the center of a neighborhood teeming with Michelin Star restaurants, family-friendly attractions, and luxury retail.
