Downtown Sarasota luxury residence tower tops off with 75% of units already sold
One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium development nestled within Downtown Sarasota’s vibrant bayside community of The Quay, recently topped off. The construction milestone was achieved with 75% of condominium units already sold.
The property will offer a selection of fully finished three-bedroom private residences. Each unit will include fully integrated kitchens with imported, custom high-end Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, porcelain, marble, or wood flooring throughout, a contemporary lighting package, and fully built-out closets.
Additional highlights include expansive outdoor terraces with glass railing and summer kitchens, a midnight bar in primary bedrooms, and smart home technology. Each residence also features soaring 12-foot ceilings and captures spectacular views of Sarasota Bay, the downtown skyline, and unobstructed views of The Bay Park with floor-to-ceiling windows.
In addition to traditional residences, One Park Sarasota will include a collection of penthouse units on the top floor and townhomes on the bottom two levels.
Both the townhouse and penthouse collections will give residents access to private rooftops, summer kitchens, and plunge pools to maximize the waterfront lifestyle.
The property offers over 40,000 sf of curated resort-style amenities. Outdoor amenities include an infinity-edge pool and spa deck with lounge areas. Inside, the One Park Wellness Spa with a Hammam Spa offers relaxation alongside saunas, steam rooms, and private his-and-hers locker rooms.
The state-of-the-art fitness studio features the latest high-tech exercise equipment, as well as pilates, yoga, and cycling rooms. Additional amenities include the One Park club room and owner’s lounge, hospitality suites, wine room, private theater, and golf simulator. Premium services led by the dedicated concierge staff include valet parking, package delivery, and dog walking.
“The completion of vertical construction at One Park Sarasota marks a defining moment for both the city and its residents,” said Kim Githler, chair and CEO of co-developer MoneyShow. “A new era of residential living is emerging in Sarasota, hallmarked by fabulous amenities and exceptional design at a remarkable bayfront setting.”
