A West Palm Beach condo tower offers 98 units, just four per floor
In April, developer Related Ross and architect Roger Ferris + Partners broke ground on Shorecrest, a 28-story condo tower in West Palm Beach, Fla.
Located at 1865 North Flagler Drive, Shorecrest offers 98 two- and three-bedroom residences, with prices starting at $3.2 million. The building has just four units per floor, which allows each residence to enjoy east- and south-facing water views through floor-to-ceiling glazing.
The waterfront development’s gently curving form and mosaic-like facade aim to reflect the coastal city’s relaxed, leisure-driven atmosphere. The building reads as a cohesive shape from afar but reveals its details at closer range. Subtle indentations in the facade create recessed private terraces, while also protecting these fully usable outdoor rooms from coastal winds.
The residences’ open, flowing spaces emphasize daylight, long sightlines, and a connection to the outdoors. The interiors by Rottet Studio include natural materials that reinforce the connection with the surrounding coastal landscape.
“The design is driven by a sense of openness and clarity, with an emphasis on light, views, and the experience of moving between indoors and out,” Roger Ferris, founding principal, Roger Ferris + Partners, said in a statement. “It’s a building that is intended to feel both distinctive on the skyline and closely connected to its environment.”
Shorecrest also offers 18,355 sf of amenity spaces, including a golf simulator, game lounge, private dining room, and executive meeting spaces. The rooftop deck features a 75-foot lap pool, plus a hot tub, cold plunge, and spa facilities with sauna and steam rooms.
Completion of Shorecrest is expected in late 2027.
