Dallas-based architect BOKA Powell is architect for a 214,000-sq.-ft. office building for Computer Associates International in the Legacy Park office campus in Plano, Texas. Houston-based Hines Corporate Properties is developer of the seven-story facility, and Dallas-based Centex is the general contractor. Completion is scheduled for late 2001.

San Diego-based Smith Consulting Architects is architect for a 410,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing, warehouse and office facility for gardening products supplier Scotts Co., in Temecula, Calif. Gafcon and Keeton Construction Co. of San Diego is the general contractor for the project.

Urban Design Group of Atlanta is architect for an 18-story office tower at I-285 and I-75 in Atlanta. Batson-Cook Co. of Atlanta is the general contractor for the $80 million facility, which is being developed by Childress Klein Properties. The $80 million project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2002.

New Haven, Conn.-based Cesar Pelli and Associates is design architect and McLarand Vasquez Emsiek and Partners of Irvine, Calif., is executive architect for a $19 million expansion and renovation of the South Coast Repertory Theater in Irvine. Contractor Snyder Langston of Irvine will provide construction services.

Philadelphia-based A/E Kling Lindquist is architect/engineer for a 231,000-sq.-ft. office facility for Telecordia Technologies Inc., in Piscataway, N.J. The construction manager for the three-story building is Bovis Lend Lease.
