Spa living coming to Las Vegas

Spa living coming to Las Vegas

Graham Downes Architecture, San Diego, along with HCA Architects, Las Vegas, is bringing a neo-modern influence to Las Vegas once again with the design of Spa Lofts, a new $30 million, 147-unit condominium development located on five acres just west of the strip on Rainbow Boulevard.

Two six-story wood-framed buildings feature inward-facing living rooms and balconies designed to take advantage of the spa-like courtyard environment, while the upper units will have expansive windows offering views of the westerly mountains and the strip to the east.

Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2007 with completion in December 2007.
