Carmel, IN – The Carmel Redevelopment Commission has voted to accept Keystone Group's proposal to redevelop an entire city block in Old Town Carmel. The four-story, mixed-use development will include 150 luxury apartments, high-end shops and restaurants plus a new home for the VFW Post and an underground parking garage for 400 vehicles.
“The Arts District Lofts & Shoppes will expand options for high-quality urban living and entertainment in Carmel and complement the city's focus on art and design,” said John E. Suter, director of design for Keystone.
The $45-million project will incorporate many unique features, including green building principles, and is set to become Carmel's first LEED-certified structure.
