Aug. 11, 2010

Meltzer/Mandl Architects and Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects (EE&K), both headquartered in New York, have solidified their long-term relationship by forming a new architectural firm, EE&K Residential. One of the new firm's first projects is Averne by the Sea, four mid-rise residential buildings with commercial space on lower floors in a major redevelopment in the Rockaway Peninsula of Long Island, N.Y. Completion of the first building in the development is scheduled for winter of 2007.
