Delaware Community Developed on Waterfront

Construction work is under way on Wilmington, Del.'s first planned community to be built on the waterfront of Christina Landing. Developed by the Buccini/Pollin Group, Justison Landing will be developed over a five-year span, and will include townhouses, lofts, apartments, retail space, parking space, and 300,000 sf of commercial office space. Parcel 2, the first of five parcels, will be the first portion to be completed. It will include 12 townhouses, 108 lofts, 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail space, and three levels of parking.
