LEDs replace fluorescent tubes

Aug. 11, 2010

Light emitting diode tubes are designed to replace standard T-8 and T-12 fluorescent tubes without modifications to the fixtures or ballasts. Simply remove the existing fluorescent tube and drop in the mercury-free Ilumisys MK1 LED tube. The high-brightness LEDs provide efficient and effective light, and are available in color temperatures ranging from 3500 K to 5000 K, with a variety of optical diffusion options.
