Mosaic tile gives D.C. restaurant a new look

Aug. 11, 2010

Hakatai Enterprise, an importer and distributor of glass mosaic tile, recently had its products specified for the 170-seat renovation of the Mio Restaurant in the heart of Washington, D.C. The renovation added an elevated section and private room for 75 people. Architect Grupo7 Design Studios spearheaded the restaurant's Mediterranean-inspired design and specified the glass mosaic tile to give the space its new, upscale look.
