Twenty-year-old glass in a large atrium inside a south Florida hotel had yellowed with age. The new glass, tinted blue, enhanced the sky color from the interior and lent a pleasant tint to the surrounding walls. Lush tropical plantings below the skylights are thriving, even though the tint may have reduced exposure to the sun.
