Global AE firm Ghafari acquires mechanical engineering firm BBG&S

Global architecture and engineering firm Ghafari Associates (Ghafari) has acquired BBG&S Engineering Consultants, Inc., a mechanical engineering firm based in Birmingham, Ala. The acquisition of BBG&S—which doubles the size of Ghafari’s Birmingham office—strengthens the firm’s foothold in the Southeastern United States while further bolstering its mechanical engineering capabilities.
