In your opinion, should AEC firms allow employees to take off work to participate in 'Immigrant Rights' marches?

46.9% No. Employees who miss a scheduled work day should be subject to disciplinary action.
24.2% Yes, provided they take a vacation day or other paid leave.
10.1% No. Employees who are critical to a project should be required to report to work.
6.8% Yes, but without pay.
6.3% Yes, but employees must make up the time.
5.3% Yes, AEC firms should create flexible schedules to allow workers to participate.
0.4% Yes, if the worker's union allows it.
