The 57,000-sf Anthem concert hall is a major component of The Wharf, the biggest-ever redevelopment project in Washington, D.C. Anthem is wedged between two mixed-use buildings with 510 apartments. Its $60 million construction costs included $3 million in sound mitigation measures. The hall’s flat floor allows it to be used for non-music events. The lobby can also be leased. The hall’s capacity is 6,000.
