HALL Arts Hotel will become the first hotel to open in the Dallas Arts District, the country’s largest contiguous urban arts district, when it opens to the public in fall 2019.
The HKS-designed hotel will include 183 modern guest rooms, which includes 10 Arts District-inspired suites; contemporary artwork from up to 50 local and international artists; over 6,000 sf of events space; a lounge and terrace that will host live music and entertainment; a rooftop pool; and two unique restaurants. The events space will include two multi-purpose salon spaces, the HALL Arts Boardroom, and a 1,737 square foot ballroom.
The 10-story building’s exterior will have a glass and steel jewel box design that fits in with the rest of the Dallas Art District’s architectural aesthetic. The hotel will rise adjacent to the HALL Arts Residences, a 28-story residential tower slated to open in early 2020.
