CBRE New England asked Elkus Manfredi Architects to create a design that embraced the goals of Workplace360, their internal guidelines, in its new 45,000-sf, two-floor office in Boston’s Financial District. Connecting the two levels of the office is a gathering area called The Heart, a wel-coming space for employees and guests.
