Summit Design+Build selected at GC for new Office Concepts headquarters

Adam Miller, president of Summit Design + Build, LLC, announced the firm’s selection as general contractor for Office Concepts new 32,000 sf corporate headquarters facility at 1142 North Branch Street on Goose Island in Chicago.

Founded in 1938, Office Concepts provides workplace consultation, planning, procurement, delivery and installation and on-going maintenance to assist customers of all types and sizes with interior furnishing needs.  The company will be vacating its existing Chicago location at 965 W. Chicago Avenue and relocating all Chicago employees but will maintain its other sales and warehouse facility in Lake Forest, Illinois.           

According to Miller, the new headquarters will include 17,000 sf of office space and 15,000 sf of warehouse and feature 24 ft ceilings, an open floor plan, two conference rooms and one training room and will feature sustainable finishes throughout.
