Shopping campus should be open for the holidays

Phase II in the construction of the Valley Square Lifestyle Shopping Campus in Warrington, Pa., is now under way, bringing 325,000 sf of retail space to this suburban Philadelphia community. The shopping campus's first phase totaled 190,000 sf. Conshohocken, Pa.-based AXIS Construction Services LLC is developing the project, which features one- and two-story buildings with varying elevations and rooflines, articulated building façades, and open gathering spaces. Expected completion: November 2007, just in time for holiday shopping.
