Design is under way for 2000 Wilson Blvd., a 226,000-sf multifamily residential community that will incorporate 141 condo units and 35,000 sf of street-level retail, plazas, and outdoor dining areas. Washington, D.C-based WDG Architecture is designing the building, which will be topped with an expansive green roof.
