Renovations of the pediatric unit at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio, included a number of upgrades; fresh paint, new privacy curtains, artwork, ceilings, and floor coverings all help modernize the more than 30-year-old facility. Jennifer Kill of JK Interiors selected floor coverings from nora systems to brighten the corridors with rich colors while offering important performance features for healthcare professionals. The floor coverings, noraplan environcare, provide substantial comfort underfoot and absorb sound to maintain a restful environment for patients. The no-wax surface eliminates the need for harsh strippers, contributing to healthier indoor air quality.
