A 45,000-sf hospital outpatient center and a 57,000-sf multi-tenant medical office building are planned for the Bon Secours Watkins Centre in Midlothian, Va. Part of the Bon Secours Richmond Health System, the complex will provide the community with a freestanding emergency department, diagnostic imaging center, breast cancer center, laboratory, and physical therapy services. Lead Lease DASCO is the project developer, overseeing design and construction. Other team members include Odell Associates as architect and Whiting-Turner as general contractor.
