OSPORTS is excited to announce the addition of Robert Hayes, joining the executive leadership as Senior Vice President. Hayes is a highly respected industry veteran that brings with him nearly 4 decades of transformative leadership and industry expertise. At OSPORTS, Hayes will lead the operational and business development efforts, alongside directors Geoff Aiken and Thom Chuparkoff, executing strategies that will enhance client experience and expand service offerings. Hayes will continue to build on the historic legacy of OSPORTS, serving as an instrumental sports leader in the practice. He will partner with clients to assist in programming, design, and construction of stadiums, arenas, training facilities, and public venues across the country.

Hayes comes to OSPORTS from a key leadership role within Gilbane Building Company’s sports practice. Recently named a ‘Power Player in Design and Development’ (Sports Business Journal), he brings to OSPORTS extensive knowledge in the construction and operation of successful sports facilities.
Robert Hayes began his career in 1985 as the Manager of Real Estate for the Haskell Company where he oversaw the design, construction, and development of build-to-suit facilities. In 2002, he served as the Vice President and Regional Manager of Operations for Barton Malow overseeing their southeast division. It was 2008 when Hayes joined the Gilbane Building Company and was named Vice President in 2009.
