Ontario hotel transformed into residential building.

Camrost-Felcorp is rebuilding the gateway to Yorkville with the conversion of the Four Season’s hotel building into a residential building.

Building on its upscale character, unrivaled history and celebrity association, the New Residences of Yorkville Plaza will offer an exclusive collection of condominium suites. The distinguished architecture of the building will be anchored by a two-story glass podium that features a retail envelope.

“Patterns of opaque and transparent enameled glass, will allow the building to transform its appearance from day to night,” says lead architect Brian Andrew from WZMH Architects whose firm worked on the original 1970 structure and has a long-standing intimate relationship with the Yorkville neighborhood.
