Aardex, a design, development, and construction firm based in Golden, Colo., has unveiled its plans to develop Signature Tower, a 410,000-sf LEED Platinum office structure in Centennial, Colo. The 15-story office tower will feature underfloor air distribution for individual temperature and ventilation control and large clerestory windows with 360-degree views harvesting daylight. The project comes on the heels of the completion of Aardex's highly successful, LEED-Platinum Signature Centre, which was 100% leased even before opening.
