Dallas-based HKS Inc. utilized BIM software to design the new Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound, Texas. The 176,000-sf full-service, acute-care hospital will occupy a 12-acre site within the new River Walk at Central Park, a 158-acre upscale, mixed-use development. The four-story hospital will have approximately 100 patient beds, an emergency department, and a full range of services, including obstetrics/gynecology, labor and delivery, and cardiology. The hospital, which is budgeted at around $125 million, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2010.
