Leo A Daly changes name of STH, completes acquisition

Aug. 11, 2010

LEO A DALY  has changed the name of STH Architectural Group to the name of its parent company, Leo A Daly. STH was acquired  in February 2009 as a strategic move to accelerate growth in its core business sectors and to strengthen the firm's presence in the Florida market.

The name change completes LEO A DALY's creation of a regional business approach in Florida, which will be led by the company's managing principal, William Hanser. "This change unifies the expertise and parallel portfolios in science and technology, education, local government, hospitality and mixed-use projects to provide positive synergies for new and existing clients," said Hanser

The West Palm Beach Office will be able to leverage the firm's capabilities in architecture and interior design with a total workforce of 65 employees in Miami, West Palm Beach and Tampa.

"LEO A DALY is a 95-year-old company with strong brand recognition," said LEO A DALY Executive Vice President Charles Dalluge. "The name change helps us to strengthen and unify the brand, not only in Florida, but across all of our offices."
