Skokie Office Build-Out

Summit Design + Build, LLC recently completed an 8,000-square-foot extensive renovation and build-out of office space for The Hechtman Group in the Old Orchard Towers in Skokie. The new, larger office space features a reception area, 16 open office cubicles, 14 perimeter offices, and a 300-gallon in-wall salt water aquarium with attached equipment room. Oakbrook, IL-based LeaseCorp was the project architect.
