Bufftree Building Company Constructs New Facility

The lights will soon be turned on at a new 58,000-square-foot, $3-million-plus facility located in Commerce Park in Fall River, MA. The new office will house Atlantic Lighting, Inc., a Fall River, MA, manufacturer of industrial, commercial and residential lighting fixtures. The building includes a 50,000-square-foot single-level manufacturing and assembly space and an 8,000-square-foot, two-level office space. The building is a pre-engineered structure, with a metal panel exterior in the manufacturing area and split-faced concrete block and EFIS (stucco) in the office area. The firm of Rescom Architectural, Inc., in Bourne, MA, is the project's architect.
