SCS Awarded El Paso Contract

SCS, LLC, Oklahoma City, OK, was awarded an $11,872,442 firm fixed price contract for building a combat aviation brigade complex and enlisted personnel dining facility for Brigade Combat Team 3. Work will be performed in El Paso, TX, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 1, 2009. U.S. Army Engineer District, Little Rock, AR, is the contracting activity.
